She relates this through her personal journey with her first product. That's not to say she only writes about that one experience, but where it fits, she refers back to it. This is helpful for the first-time or novice inventor because she's stepping back into the shoes you're in right now. She also adds in personal perspective from her later product ventures, experience on Shark Tank and many of the contestant she's seen.
Each chapter focuses on a specific topic and I thought she covered them pretty well. Again, each of these is a synopsis of her opinion of each of the options, what the watch outs are for each of those tasks, and then she provides a nice and concise checklist at the end.
